Late period with copper IUD?

I am about 16 days late for my period. I have had a copper IUD for about one year and have always had my period every 28 days.I am 26 years old and have had two children. I took two pregnancy tests and both came up Negative. I feel pregnant: nausea, tired, appetite increase, weight gain of 5 lbs and my stomach has pouched out more. I also have low backache and slight cramping. I have NO insurance and I do not qualify for state assistance. I am really not sure what is going on? Any suggestions?
