Graves & postive ANA

by deezle, Mar 28, 2008 06:59AM
My daughter has been diagnosed with Grave's Disease.  she is currently taking tapazole, propranol, and darvocet.  Her TSH was 0.001, but is slowly increasing.
Her symptoms (fatigue, muscle pain and weakness, and loss of muscle tone, and nausea) have not gone away, but still persist.

She had a full blood screening for lyme's, Rhematoid Arthritis, CPK, and ANA to see if anything else is going on.
All came back negative, with the exception of the ANA.  Her titer on this was 1:80.

My questions are:  could this just be the Grave's disease, or could it be another autoimmune disorder?

Thanks.
