Problems with VP Shunt

Hi. I am from South Africa, I am 31 years old, I had a brain tumor removed when I was 15 years old. Two shunts were plased in to releave the presure. Then in 2006 I had another 3 ops, to monitor presure and remove one shunt. But I am suffering from severe headaches, naushisness, depression and struggle to loose wait. Please I do not see fit for another surgery is there any other solotions I can use?
