I would talk to your OB doctor about it to make sure everything is ok. I have a friend whose mom passed out in the store when she was pregnant w/ my friend. That is how she found out she was pregnant w/ her! lol However, this was in 1980, so I guess the doctors didnt test much for passing out during pregnancy then! lol I also knew another girl who said she passed out at the register while working as a cashier one day, & she went to the doctor & told she was pregnant as well.... so I guess that is a symptom some women have. Although I would definitely talk to the OB & let them know what is going on. Good luck! I'm due Nov. 24th w/ my 2nd child! U?

Not sure if it is common but something very similar happened to me last night; I didn't full-on pass out but I felt light headed and as if I was going to fall over if I did not sit down. It passed after about 30 seconds. Hope that makes you feel a little better!
