You must be getting very tired of all this decision-making by now. How frustrating!
I think either hospital would be fine as long as you're not looking for MS!!!
Actually, my sister-in-law was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at Mayo, as well as Crohn's disease, which no one was even looking for. I have mixed feelings about Mayo. If it's not for MS, I can say that at least my sister-in-law had success with two auto-immune disorders there. That I can say.
Why does your neuro suggest Mayo over JH? Have you looked into insurance issues?

Research both places and check with your insurance before making a decision. It's your life they are talking about here and it should also be your decision. That's my opinion, which hasn't seemed to matter a lot in my life. So take that for what it's worth. hahaheehee
