Headaches!!

Hi
I was smoking since 2002 and I have quit recently in Nov 2008. Now I dont know what happened I am gettinh headaches very frequently. Whenever I start thinkig I am getting headaches . Is this due to quitting smoking, food or something else.
any ideas?

Tension headaches maybe?

One thing you can do to try that out is to check with yourself if you clench your jaws and bite your teeth together, have your shoulders high up and breathe with your upper chest. That's a very common thing to do when being tensed. And it gives a massive headache.
