high dnase-b antibody test

my 10 year old had a dnase-b antibody result of 480.  what could this imply?  He also has many neurological issues,any coralation?  How should we proceed, with further tests or research?  thank you

Hello.

Anti DNAse-B is a test for detection of streptococcal throat infection. He should have less than 170 Todd units/mL of the levels. Since he has a positive test result, he is probably infected with the streptococcal antigens.

Gte him assessed for kidney functions to rule out Post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis.
