topamax dosage

i am on topamax and welbutrin question is....... what millagram of topamax do you have to take in order to loose weight i am on 100 a day should i be taking more? and do i need to take the welbutrin at the same time as i take topamax will somebody please help me cause i have struggled with my weight for years i have diabites now and high blood pressure beacause of it i would appriciate all your advice thank you
