what is a giant cisterna magna

When a person has a giant cisterna magna, are there any symptoms?  And how long can you live with it?

I too am having similar symptoms and my ct scan shows giant cisterna magna. Is there any treatment for it

i use to face some problems like:
1.black out for 5 sec n severe headache n weakness after that
2.pain in upper neck
3. frequent memory loss
so i was been adviced for mri in which it was seen that i m having giant cisterna magna so wat should be my further look behind to this

Hello.

A giant cisterna magna is a variant of the normal cisterna magna. It does not produce symptoms. A person can live with it without trouble.

What are your symptoms? They may be due to some other problem.
