There is this stuff over the counter called lacrilube. That would probably be safe since you can put it in your eyelid. But, if this keeps on get it looked at, you wouldn't want to spread it or anything.

Hi again. I don't want to get too excited yet, but, so far so good. Actually, my CVS did not have the brand you mentioned, so I bought the Refresh PM. You are so smart. If one can put that stuff IN their eye, why not around it. Anyway, thank you again for your help.
