MRI on Lumbar Spine Results

I am a 29 year old that has been suffering from back pain since I was 11 years old. Since all of this began I have had lower back pain (sacro area). Over the past 3-4 months, I have had hip pain as well as a sharp pain that travels down my left leg. HLA-B27 positive.
Results:
"there is very subtle signal hyperintensity on long TR scans seen along the anterosuperior endplates of L2, L3, L4 and L5 and along the anteroinferior endplates of L3 and L4. The findings are nonspecific and of uncertain etiology whether related to mild reactive endplate changes related to disc degenerative phenomenon although very subtle inflammation and enthesopathy in the setting of spondylorthropathy cannot be entirely excluded. A suspected hemangioma is seen within the T11 Vertebral body."
"At L4-5, mild shallow diffuse disc bulging contributes to mild flattening of the ventral thecal sac. No superimposed disc protrusion is noted. The finding contribute to mild bilateral foraminal narrowing without central stenosis."
"At L5-S1, very mild disc bulging is seen. This contacts the ventral thecal sac. No displacement of the emerging S1 nerve root is seen. No superimposed disc protrusion is noted and no significant central spinal or foraminal stenosis is noted."
Can you please let me know what all of this means?
