Hi,
Sorry to hear that you are having these pains , there is no way of determining what is causing them without seeing a doctor . Im from the uk and don,t understand how your medical system works but im sure someone who does will see your post and advise you what you can do .

Take care Angie

You could be menopausal (congratulations - I love being there). As for the sharp pains and abdominal problems, the only way to find out which body part is acting up is to see the doctor. It could be bladder, intestinal, uterus or plain old muscle problems. Have you ever had abdominal surgery before (like a C section for example)? If so, you might be feeling tugging and pain from adhesions. Usually there are women's clinics in cities that will see you for a nominal fee. At least get an exam to put your mind at rest.
