Hey Vinnie, I've been wondering how your quit was coming along.  Good Job!!!!  I knew you could do it.  One day at a time, eh?

Keep posting because I need to see success stories.  I've had a few relapses, but have now been smoke free for....I think it's 3days and am feeling good.  My original quit was last July so wish me luck!

So glad you're feeling better and it gets even better as the days go on.  Soon, this will all just be a memory as my good friend Kathyjo has so wisely stated.  I can't wait for that!!

Take care....

You should be very proud of yourself! Milestones are a favorite of mine. In a few days it will be 4000 cigs not smoked (yuk, I can't imagine it!)
My coughing and sneezing really turned around on the 3rd month mark so you are very close. The weight gain has leveled off and I am now losing some of those lbs. that I initially put on.
You are doing great....keep on keeping on : )
Congrats!
Kathy Jo

Well done Vinny - I am on Day 32 and I gained 15 lbs!!!!! Slower metabolism plus over-eating so now I am stuffing myself with fruits and veggies instead of my comfort foods. Hang in there you are doing well
