??? Day 8 C/T chest pains ???

Hey guys, My laptop was on the fritz so I havent been online.. but I made it to day 8 Cold Turkey! I was only taking 25mg of Oxycodone a day but I quit! I wouldnt say it was easy but the first 4 days SUCKED! The tyrosine helped alot! So did the Vitamin b12 and energy drinks. Melatonin is a life saver. So Im back at the gym and I want to point out a few things I have noticed.....

Cold Turkey 8 days..

1-Erratic heart beats, usually leading to a palpatation and its hard to breathe for a second. Only happened twice but its still strange.
2-Kidney hurts, also my lower abdomin region.. ummm how do I say this.. basically between ur private parts and ur belly button. I have random pains.
Ok the above two usually only happen after/during me working out. I dont lift weights yet, just cardio.
Whens the depression going to end? Like I dont feel as bad anymore, but im super depressed.. Any help here????

By the way all of you have had a huge inspiration, I thank you all and couldnt have done it without your help and praise! Thanks!

Wow, first of all congrats, 25 mg is still a big deal.  I cant belive your back to the gym already, I wish I could muster up the energy to do some cardio.  Im not a doctor, but, the eratic heartbeats and palpitations is probably anxiety.  But, your heart is nothing to mess around with.  Do you have high blood pressure??  You should really go and get your vitals checked.. I pray that you are ok, you sound great other wise.. I wish I could tell you when the depression is going to end that seems to be the million dollar question.  Maybe you should get on a anti-depressant if its really bad... Yeah I am highly addicted to the gym, Im also a personal trainer so I have to be as strong as possible with this. Ive noticed a serious decline in physical activity but I use the "I have the flu" routine till im 100 percent. So I have to bust my butt! So yeah if I didnt have the gym.. I dont know what I would do.. You should try just walking on the treadmill for 30 mins a day it will help ALOT!!
