by kapilsandeep, Mar 31, 2008 04:11AM
I had a artroscopy for torn ACL on the left knee earler in april last year. I had gone through series of exercises as suggested by the doctor aftr the operation. I am comfortable sitting with my leg crossed.
I still am not able to bent my knee to fullest(10% bend is still not done, i cannot touch my hips with my bended leg). Because to this i still find problem in walking and my leg get stiff after some time. I have to be consicous enough that  dont hurt my leg again and get any more problem while doing daily routine job. i cannot hop or run until now.

please gve any solution to this problem. I want my life back

You need to get an excellent Physical therapist who can help you.  One who will challenge you and explain everything to you is what you need.  Where are you located?
