Carcinoid on liver - no symptoms

I had my appendix out last year and a carcinoid tumor was found on the tip - the hystology of which they said was ver low risk. A CT scan showed masses on my liver. My blood test and 24 hour urine test was clear. After referal I was sent for an Octreotide scan (5 weeks later) which showed nothing but the Dr's still think it is carcinoid. They have taken more blood, I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done which were both clear and another CT scan done today. Has anybody any ideas? I am asymptomatic but clearly there is something there that shouldn't be.
