Risk for the "Rimmer"

What is the risk for the "rimmer" to pass any viruses or bacteria to the "rimmed" person? i know that the "rimmer" can get Hep, and other dreadfull bugs, but what abt from the "rimmer's" mouth to the "rimmed" anus?
