HI , MY CHILDHOOD WAS FULL OF HAVING SURGERY THE MAIN THING WAS POLYPS I HAD ONE REMOVED AND ANOTHER GREW OVER AND OVER AGAIN THEN I WAS TOLD I HAVE A MASTOID AND I HAD AN OP ON THAT BUT NOW (FEW YEARS AFTER) IM SUFFERING FROM CONSTANT PAIN IN THE EAR I HAD THE PAST OP'S ON AND ALSO HAVE DEVELOPED WHITE LUMPS ON MY RIGHT TONSIL WHICH I UNDERSTAND IS CONNECTED TO MY RIGHT EAR.

IM NOT SURE WHAT TO EXPECT , PLEASE HELP ME X

If you had "polyps" in your ear, you likely have chronic otitis media and may have had a cholesteatoma in the past.  If you are having ear pain now, you need to get that checked out by an ENT specialist to make sure that you don't have a recurrence of cholesteatoma or chronic ear disease that would require surgery.
