Vasectomy side affect?

I am 34 years old  about a year ago I had a vasectomy, I felt pain in my left testicle for months but the doctor repeatedly said it felt normal, in particular the epiditimus was soar. Now one year later. I feel a loss of sex drive,  weak and lost erections during intercourse and loss of or weak morning erections. I do feel  some dicomfort in my kidney area from time to time but I dont know if it is just muscle fatigue? My blood sugar was at about 100 when I checked it on a friends tester. I have gained about 15 extra pounds over the winter but I am in pretty good shape overall and was excersizing regularly before October. I did notice my urine is darker and smells more since this all happened despite my hydration levels. Does this all seem related or not?
