Is Gramocef - CV safe in pregnancy

I have been prescribe Gramocef - CV 1 BD means 2 times one tablet in the morning and in the evening this is my 3rd month of pregnancy i am on insulin but controlled diabetes i am having urine infection repeatedly earlier my doctor prescribed Sporidex AF 720 mg 1 BD for 7 days now she has prescribesd Gramoced CV for 7 days 1 BD, if wanted to know if this medicine is safe in pregnancy or not

Hi. I'm not a medical professional, just the parent of a kid with diabetes. I can't find any information that says it isn't safe for you, but being a volunteer and not a medical professional, I'm probably not the person to ask. Your doctor or pharmacist would be more qualified to answer this question. Good luck.
