i too have noticed these weird taste bud like bumps too and it freaked me out because i am sexually active so i thought it was something that i should get scared about but since you said you aren't sexually active it made me a little more at ease. i have been searching everywhere online for some kind of answer but still no info. but i think we both need to go to the doctor so we can both get a answer.

They're probably normal. The skin around your vaginal has many special functions (and therefore, special glands) that your regular skin does not have. Think of it like the little lumps/glands in your armpit. If you're seriously concerned that they're abnormal, then make an appointment with the doctor for a checkup. Otherwise don't mess with what's not broken.
