neuoligy results dont understand

the nerve conduction results are electrricaevedence of mild bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and a c8 cervical radiculophathy @ the left hand side positive findings in the first g1,fcu,and eip muscles where there was a fibrillation potential and positive sharp waves noted ....??? any ans greatfully received thanks
