cramping, tightening,numb spots in head

At the beginning of this New Year I started haveing crazy head sensations,like feelinf really really tight accross my forehead and a numd spot in the middle of the forehead it then went over the left eye and temple area and upper jaw feels tight not like a headache more like an intense cramp in my head and upper jaw. then it went to the back of my head. I went to Dr he said tention headache gave my medicine,did do good I had A CT Scan turned out normal. I feel so confussed how did this just suddenly come on now going into 4 months. can anyone relate?

I have the same thing. This has been going on since December. I had an MRI done in February and it was noted I have T2 hypersensity foci along with elevated tryglycerides, SGPT, ALT. Hepatitis panel done (A,B,C). Negative.

Now waiting for EBV tests.

Along with head tension, I have an extremely dry mouth and eyes similar to Sjorgen's Syndrome. I also have small hives on my forearms and extremely dry skin.  

I see the doctor tomorrow

Went to the Doc and it's not EBV according to my test results.

Drew blood for CBC and LFT.

I don't know what the hell is wrong with me...

I have pain in the back of my head at the base of my skull on both sides.  If you wear glasses you'll know what I mean when I say it feels like when your glasses press too tightly behind your ears and it gets sore only it is on the back of my head.  It comes and goes and is worse at times than others but follows no pattern that I know of.  I don't know what it is but it freaks me out too!  I also get numbness and tingling in my lips for no reason.  YIKES!! ???????
