Overstimulated Ovaries

I have just recently had to stop my third IUI cycle using Gonal-F due to my ovaries becoming overstimulated. They told me I was at high risk for OHSS, and I am suppose to go in tomorrow for a check-up. This morning I was awakened by some moderate cramping that went away after a short time. A little later in the day I noticed some pink spotting when I used the bathroom, and now I am bleeding like I am having a light period. Is this normal or should I be worried. I called my Dr. today and the nurse didn't seem too worried, but I was just barely spotting at the time.
