There is facet arthrosisi but no spinal stenosis.

At L2/L3 there s slight bulge and facet arthrosis but no spinal stenosis.

At L4/L5 level, there is narrowing, desiccation and slight bulge.

Grade I anterolisthesis?

There is anterior effacement of the thecal sac.
At L1/l2 THERE IS DESICCATION OSEOPHYTE AND CENTRAL BULGE WITH ANNULAR TEAR?

I APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.
