There's a GOD and SHE loves me!

I established care with a new doctor. Someone with some sense! He was shocked that no one had been addressing my gallbladder issues. We talked in extensive about some of the problems...he saw all the entries about my nausea....and right sided pain from numerous of other doctors. He scheduled me to have a general surgery consult! THANK GOD! I fear surgery, but this nausea has only been getting worse! The sharp pain, spasms, and aching on my right side is about to get some attention that is WELL OVERDUE!

I have a sluggish gallbladder that has an ejection fraction of 18%. I haven't been able to eat like I should because of the nausea. I have been to the ER for gallbladder attacks 2 times last year and once this year. One of which was with rescue because I couldn't stop throwing up and had a diuretic onboard causing major heart palpatations and shortness of breath. It has been a roller coaster ride from doctor hopping, to calling out of work to sleep off the pain and nausea....to trying to get people to understand my delimma...It has taken over a year. Last year, I didn't have stones....I have sludge tho...This year, I have sharp pain....not aching annoying painas much...My liver enzymes are double what they were last time they took them (6 months ago).

Soooo....this really isn't a question. But a bit of advice from the ping pong patient....I feel like a ping pong...being bounced around from doctor to doctor....BE PROACTIVE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR HEALTH! Not EVERY doctor is 100% right! You know your body the BEST! Keep looking for the one that will help you the most! You'll know when you find the RIGHT doctor!

Best wishes everyone!

Ash
