Dear Doctor,
I am a girl of 25 years old.I am having a persistent problem from 3 years now.It all began with the need of urinate very frequently. I visit the doctor,had several urine tests, one urine culture and every thing came out normal.I used to have pains in the end of my tummy and they also made me a ultra sound of the ovaries and every thing was normal.The symptoms go and come and now after 3 years i began having burnings, thing that ive never had before.It burns after i urinate for a long time like more than half an hour from urethra down to the vagina.the doctor performed another urine test which as always came out normal and also as i had my first sexual intercourse three months ago the doctor tested me for chlamydia just to be in the safe part.He took a sample form the urethra and one from the vagina and the result came out normal, i had nothing. But what distrubs is that i still have the symptoms it burns down sometimes even without urinating and feel the lower part of the tummy and back heavy.I dont know what else to do,i dont think it is related with the fact that i had sex 3 months ago because the symptoms had been the same even when i was a virgin except the fact that ive never had burnings. Now it burn all the ares down after urinating and sometimes even without urinating. I dont know what other tests i can do as far as urine was normal, also even blood for diabete was normal.
I would appreciate some help.

Tere may be irritation og the tissues in the urethra or vagina. See a trained urogynecologist, who may be able to help you with this.
