Same problem here. I have some on my penis head, a few on my shaft and a few all my ball sack.

They don't hurt at all, but not very nice for my partner to see!

Any advice in getting rid of them?

I shower every day, so I don't see that it is a hygienic thing. I haven't had sex before so not a STI/STD.

I'm 18 years old.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

These whiteheads that you are referring to, where are they usually located?

Are they located on the shaft of the penis or are they localized only on the head?

Are they painful or itchy?

Any redness in the area?

I suggest that you refrain from any sexual activity until this has been initially checked by your primary physician. How old are you?

Itchiness and pain may suggest that this may be due to an underlying infection. However, in some cases, normal structures may actually present as white or reddish bumps or lumps on the penis. In your case, other probable considerations are pearly penile papules and a fungal infection.
