scared please help

I had a BFP last week. Tuesday my HCG was 7.99, thursday it was 9.6. Saturday thru Tuesday i bled (light). Today my numbers were 14.6. What the heck is going on? My doc doesn't even know I gotta go back in next thrusday to see what my numbers are doing.... How did your situation turn out? Do i still have a chance?

Well i have read alot the some people have slow rising hormones, and that could be you. But since your numbers are continuing to go up that's a good sign. I believe as long as they are doubling (which yours seem to be) you should be ok. Good luck, keep us updated!

Hm.....You bled, and that's not a good sign...only if that was an implantation bleeding, which usually happens really early in pregnancy...how far along are you? Your hormon level rises slow but it does, so that's a good sign..it should double, yours is a little bit less then normal, i believe. If I were you, I would go see the doc

Im about 4 -5 weeks. The doc has no clue what's going on. She says maybe my levels went up over the weekend and are maybe going back down. I am probably going to buy a preggo test today and see if i get a positive or not in the AM. If i do hopefully my levels are going up more...i dunno though, when my levels were at 9 i had a positive on the clearblue easy digital response.

For some women it takes 72 hours for Hcg to double, so I wouldn't worry just yet that yours isn't doubling in the 48 hour frame that you are having blood drawn. Although I would think that by 4-5 weeks your Hcg should be above 50, which is the sensitivity of most HPT's....Is that how you found out that you were pregnant? (HPT).....Some have a sensitivity of 20.....So if you are below that, I wouldn't think that you would get a + result.......But like the others said, as long as it's rising, you should be fine. Keep up posted and I'm rooting for you!

My sister had the same thing. Her levels were going up but not doubling. Her doctor gave her a 50/50 chance. At 8 weeks she got a strong heartbeat and her levels started doubling. Her baby was born in January. Good luck and try to stay postive.
