Dear jimbo08,

Discount plans work by getting you membership in a provider network. There are several plans out there, but considering your location (Pennsylvania), Aetna would be your best bet, since it is a PA based company & carries a very strong provider network in PA. You can contact Aetna directly or visit www.eHealthInsurance.com to apply for the discount card.

Sincerely,

Amir Mostafaie
