Cockatiel seizure after wing clip

I brought my 1 year old cockatiel to get its wings clipped and nails trimmed yesterday.  She seemed normal before the procedures.  When we got home I took her out of the travel cage and all of a sudden one wing went up half way, she started shaking uncontrollably, and then clear fluid started spewing from her beak!  I held her gently in a towel until what seemed like a seizure stopped.  Slowly she is coming out of it, eating and drinking, but still seems shaky, fluffed up and more quiet than usual.
Do you know what could have happened?  Realistically is there anything that can be done for her?
Thank you!

I'm not sure what caused her seizure but I've seen stress myopathy in wild birds and it causes them to seize, pass out, even die at times. Perhaps the way she was handled caused her unusual stress. Did they give her anything while she was in there in the way of meds? For now keep her in a quiet, darkened room and warm. If she does it again, get her to the vet.

Just wondering how she's doing today.

You might want to call the vet and let them know this happened; they might've towelled her too tightly causing her oxygen to be limited... Please let us know how she's doing...

Hey .. I have a 3yr old cockatiel and he hates to get his wings and nails clipped and i feel bad for doing it because he gets so upset...I was told that when u take ur bird in to get it done they can get so worked up that it can give them a heartattack and by the sounds of ur bird it gets so worked up it gives it seizure. So u can try to find a really good vet or just stop getting the birds nails and wings done. hope i helped
