A follow up consultation with your urologist to discuss any possible indication for a kidney ,ureter and bladder CT scan may be able to help ascertain if the stone is still present. The previous instrumentation may also contribute to the pain. You may also discuss possible referral to a pain management specialist.
It is likely that the stone has moved.A repeat urinalysis will help identify any crystals, red blood cells or bacteria which may point to an existing urinary tract stone and underlying infection, both of which may contribute to the pain.
The pain is still persistent. Was this similar to your symptoms before or ar these new onset symptoms?
Is the pain more severe at this point?
