herpes hiv or syphilis or any other std. please help

one month ago i had sex with a stripper. we had unprotected oral sex, me on her and her on me, it was real short maybe 15 sec both, then we had sex it was protected. 3 days after i started feeling burning while urinating, i also developed some sores on my tongue it kidna looked like geographic tongue im not sure it was that though. one week prior to that i put on my tongue ring as well the doctor gave me some med to treat the uti and for the tongue she just said to drink vitamin b. she said it looked like nothing and if it was an std it would not appear 3 days after that i not so sure about is it true? then after taking the medecine for the uti i started feeling that my body was really sore, my neck my jaw, my eyes were hurting the next day i think i got a fever, i also had night sweats for about 2 days, im not sure if it was because of the medecine. the whole following week i felt nauseus, not sure if it was because of my anxiety. after that i started feeling well again now its just my tongue that i still burning when i eat it just feels irritated, and on the tip it looks like my taste buds are red. can it be because of my heavy drinking and smoking. because 3 week prior to the exposure i drank fri and sat, for all three weekends, and when i would wake up in the morning my trhoat was really dry and so was my tongue.now im not sure if these is signs of syphilis herpes 2 or hiv. im really confused, im scared to be with my girlfriend because im not sure if i have anything, if i test 5 weeks after exposure for syphilis herpes and hiv how accurate can these test be? thank you very much.
