Worried after months...

Hello Doctors, first of all I want to congratulate you for your great job in this site helping the people who are in need of answers.
After checking in several previous posts (I know you don't like repeating the same answers over and over) I couldn't find something that was related with what I am about to ask...
On the first week of December 2007 I performed oral sex on a girl who works in a strip club, this strip club has the fame of being one of the most perverse places around my city, so there's a very big chance that she might have HIV. After the event, obviously I was freaking out, but when I get to this forum I calmed down, since every other page is like: "It's very dangerous and stuff", and I may add that I don't have the best dental hygiene.
Anyway, after reading and all, I decided that still I'd wait for the three months test, however as months went by, I stop worring since there was no evidence of Acute HIV Infection, I was feeling just fine, but then me and my friends went back to this strip club and I ended up fingering the girl. Just one week before the three months, I got a really bad cough, like those ones you feel like you're going to throw up (I should mention that I'm a heavy smoker) but I never had that kinda cough in my life, so I started to worry about that, it was not so much for the oral sex, but the fingering 'cause turns out that day I had a cut in my middle finger. I took every cough syrup that was in the pharmacy counter, but it wouldn't go away!! Finally after 3 weeks the cough passed, but then I started having problems with my stomach (not diahrrea) but you know, not normal!, and furthermore two weeks ago, I got really really sick, I was driving and suddenly I felt a little dizzy, I had to stop, after a few minutes I drove home, and I started to sweat but cold!, and I couldn't feel my forehead, my mom called my uncle (who is a doctor) and he said that it was stress, so he gave me some injections, I felt better that day after the shot, but I've been wondering if it could be the Acute Infection kicking in, I know it's stupid, but I really wanna now 'coz I think about it most of the time, and I'm worried that I could have this terrible disease, so to summit it up, I have the following questions:
a) What are the chances that I might have HIV or another STD?
b) Should I get tested?
