possible cause?

In January I had my Gallbladder removed. Ever since I have had incredible pain in my jaw on the right joint. It is swollen and has a lump on it. Currently I am seeing an oral surgeon to diagnose what is causing the pain, but my question is, could a bad chest tubing during my surgery have caused this?

I have no idea why you would have needed a chest tube during routine gall bladder removal.  Chest tubes are commonly used for a punctured lung or other lung pathology.

If you are referring to an endotracheal tube, then yes, it is possible for the intubation and manipulation of of your jaw to have caused a problem with your jaw joint. This is extremely rare, but it is possible.
