high heart rate

I am a 33 year old female runner that has been running 20-30 miles/wk for about 4 years.  I have completed 3 marathons and several halves.  My question is my heart rate is high. I have been through 4 heart rate monitors to assure accuracy. I spoke to a cardiologist and she said don't worry about it.  So I know I should not worry,but....obviously I am still thinking about it.  After 3 miles my heart rate goes up to about 185 and sits.  If I do speedwork or hills it goes to 195.  Does this happen to anyone else.  I was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as well, but I don't think that has anything to do with it.  Ay thoughts?...I
