Buzzing when I wake up

by blink1147, Apr 06, 2008 08:57PM
Ok, there is another forum with the same symptoms, but no more room to comment. My symptoms, I think, are a little different, however. Here goes... I wake up shortly after I go to sleep, and only then. If I've been asleep for more than an hour it won't happen for the rest of the night. When I wake up, I'm never sure if I went to sleep or not, but my whole body (not just my chest) is vibrating. Like crazy. Scares the hell out of me. I am very underweight, unlike everyone on the other forum, and I am only 20 yrs. old, also different. Another difference is that I do smoke, but I don't drink and I take no drugs or medication whatsoever. I have OCD pretty bad, and a lot of other people were mentioning heart diseases that they had in common. I have an obsession where I am constantly terrified that My heart will stop, and this scares me more than anyone can imagine. I have chest pains, but I've been checked out and I'm supposedly fine, I guess it's just anxiety and panic related. But I'm very, very scared that I have a heart condition and I have this tremor thing when I wake up that often happens to people with heart disease. Can somebody please find out what the hell is wrong with me?

All what Jim said. Also: you need a therapist, psychotherapy  and or maybe antidepressant medication Prozac or something, or group therapy, I suggest live group therapy, it is more powerful. Online can misguide you,  to much   information.
If you have no insurance for it and can not afford it, or don’t want antidepressant, I recommend you to read Emile Coue
