cervical spondalysis

I have been diagonised for cervical spondalysis one year back(november).it was due to one of the improper yoga posture(during october isuffered from chikunguinya) after that i had accute pain .i underwent treatment.i used two wheeler for the past five years. now i come across with discomfort if i do asanas and breathing excercises.can i continue please suggest.rarely i get numbness in my hands and nerve pain.
