Feet and Toe pain

I have Fibromyalgia and Arachnoiditis.This last 6 months I've been experiencing Tingling and pins and needles,like walking on glass,(which I've had for some time in my arms and legs) constantly in both feet yet if I touch the top of my feet it's like electric shocks.My big toe on left foot is always swollen and unbearable to touch on the top and if I knock it even slightly,bleeds.I've also a lump developed at the base of my left shin.This last month I've been falling over for no apparent reason .I'm due to see my GP tomorrow but he admits he just doesn't know if symptoms I have are related to Fibro or the Arach and I usually come away none the wiser.My husband has noticed a definate worsoning this last 6 months and I just wondered how I ask my GP to please do something.It may not be relevant but I've also had eye twitching(both eyes at different times) which sometimes goes on all day,I'd just put this down to lack of sleep due to the continuous pain which is very bad even when in bed.Many thanks,Ginnie.
