very weak

have been off of tapazole for 2 months due to normal blood test result. My last one, 4 weeks ago was
TSH= .612
T4= 6.0
T3= 92
I am weak, can not go to work, am a high school teacher and need to get back into the classroom, but not like this.
Had another blood test yesterday at a walk in clinic to check thyroid again and waiting for the results. Do you
think I need to be back on meds? Dr. wants me to do the radioiodine ablation, I'm scared.
TSH= .612
