after surger i had an infection.  i called and got antibotic. after a week, i noticed a knot in my breast. it has never went away.  i have went through chemo and radiation.  does this mean i have cancer again???? none of the doctors seemed concerned.  now i am aftaid.  what do i do?

I do not have enough information,  I assume that you have had a repeat mammogram and US.  If these tests are negative and your doctors think that your clinical exam is negative.
