Elevated EOS

I recently had a CBC, my EOS was 11.9, when 3 mths prior it was .07, my doctor ran cortisol levels which were normal, i only take Glucophage 1000mg bid for polycyctic ovaries, ( i had a hyster 1 1/2 yrs ago they left 1 ovary), I am 36, active, work 60 hrs a week, eat right and exercise,but i am 5'9 and 200lbs, i can't lose weight to save my life, i eat 1200 cal or less a day, no sweets, no soda, no carbs, no junk, no fast food!! My chol is 118 after fishoil x 6 mths, my trigly are 33, my good chol is 43, my fasting glucose is 83 (hx of hypoglycemia since my pregnancy 17 yrs ago), my a1c hemoglobin is 5.3, My TSH is 1.19 , i have a goiter on my thyroid, that they scan every 6 mths, multiple nodules, no cold or warm cells were seen after the nuculear scan, I have hair loss, dry skin, excessive tiredness, i have bowel issues from time to time where one day i go 6-8 times and other days i don't go at all, my vision is crappy, i have had decrease in my vision over the last 3 yrs, i have neg 4.75 in both eyes, i can't see a stitch w/ out my contacts. I was wondering if an MRI to Rule out non-functioning Pituitary tumor would be appropriate? my endocrinologist & pcp think im nuts! but i have all the symptoms, i started with uncontrolled headaches about 2 1/2 mths ago, tylenol / motrin ineffective, and i am allergic to asprin...!!!  So doctor can you give me any suggestions????
