Is it normal to feel ur own heartbeat all over your body? Also I am pregnant with my first child and I am constantly bloated. I look like I swallowed a couch pillow... is that normal? plus it feels like my skin is stretching out.  I do not know what to do.

I think you should get used to the subtle changes in your body.  They're only going to get more pronounced!  And more stretched!  You'll bounce right back to your normal size, though.  The only difference for me was that my belly button got a little stretched and I can't really wear a bikini anymore.  Other than a few stretch marks, you'll be fine.  With my second one, it looked like I swallowed a whole watermellon!  I wonder if I'll get that huge again, ugh!

I've experience the heartbeat issue during week 7 and 8 of my pregnancy.  But it's gotten better every since then.  When I asked RE she said it's normal when I aske OB last week he said to drink more water throughout the day.  No one seemed to be alarmed.
I am starting to feel bigger, I still fit into all my clothes, but pants are starting to feel a bit tighter.  Some days are worse than other, but I still get contipation from time to time.  In general I do look slightly bigger.

Sometimes due to the increase in blood volume, it is normal to feel those heart palpitations.  No need to worry!!!!  I am experiencing the same thing.  Esp. if I go from a sitting position and stand up to quick!
