post radical prostectemy

still had urinary catheter in place, had urgent bad sneeze, took me to my knees with pain, and tears, gasp for breath, we were upset and concerned but after a bit i felt better, continued to feel better, did not mention to dr when cath removed, approx 2 weeks from original episode had another sneezing episode, more pain etc, wife concerned, questions/thoughts = feel like have torn a muscle, discomfort/pain is almost always present. feels like a sharp or BURNING pain... to the immediate right upper end of scar( which has healed nicely). even the skin surface at the pain site is tender to touch. ok i admit i tried to tough it out. my next dr followup visit is in 1 week my wife is adamant that i describe all to the dr. i feel foolish because i didnt get a chance to grab a tummy pillow at the beginning (i didnt think i would need to do that even tho i had seen my wife use one after her c section)......what do you think happened did i tear a muscle??? or some internal stitiches?
