Still confuse!

Last February 2008 i'm not so sure if I have monthly period, but March 2008 I don't have my monthly period. March 31, I have took my pregnancy test. at first the result is negative so i throw it in the trash can.But at night I try to look again the test kit and saw that the result is already positve.. Then April 2 I see an OBgyn, the she told me oh its positive but i have to make it sure. she makes a transvaginal ultrasound and nothing can see and told me " There is no sign of pregnancy" You have to come back on April 15 so we may know if you are really pregnant... But on April 6, I have notice of spot bleeding but not continious it's not like my regular menstruation, until April 8. So I decided to see again an OBgyn but not the first one. When she saw the result of my pregnancy test, she told oh it's positive.. but let me see it, she make an ultrasound and yet told me o there is no baby yet, but your lining is so thicken. SO she gave me a medicine to make baby tight.I still have spotting now. I took pregnancy test again but the result is negative.. Now what is my condition I'm I PREGNANT OR NOT? PLEASE HELP ME.

Sometimes after you have taken a pregnancy test if you leave the test sitting the results window can issue a false negative... the directions should have given you an alloted time in which to check the results.
