Supapubic Cathetar

Hello, I have been on a surapubic cathetar for about 19years now and have very little problems, I am a paraplegic.
My question is I have fibroids and an embeded 10mm stone in my right kidney. I have had bouts of blood in my urine which I keep putting down to bladder trauma, but for the past 8 months this bleeding has become more regular and every day there are traces of blood, sometime a lot, you could say my pee is more red than the clear it used to be, I drink water, about 6 litres but have bouts of being very thirsty too and will in my opinion drink a little too much, however it does seem to flush out my bladder, but it is temporary, I have an annual ultrasound and am due to go soon for this years, however something is telling me I need to be worried, can you help please to put my mind at rest?
