post surgery residual

what exactly is Organic Affect Syndrome specifically and why is there not more study on residual affects of sugery and radiation therepy with respect no one seems to want to talk about it and i need to be able to understand if i had been more informed 25 years ago i believe my life would have been a lot better than it was information is a good thing for me
