implant deflation

by missing2008, Apr 10, 2008 06:28PM
i have had my saline implants sence 1995 I have loved the confedence that my new body had given me. Not ever thinking of the implants again, living day to day life and 2 children later. I started noticingthis past month that the right brest had become smaller then the left, then last week it was gone!! It has been emotionaly devistating to feel that your body is so deformed. I have been looking for finanicng but do not qualify for any assistance, I do not know what the impact of a deflated implant will have on the body and how urgent the removal is.
I am looking for a surgen that will accept payments or will do pro-bono. I do have the waranty on the implant it self.
Please HELP! I have become very depressed not because I dont have breasts but because I look deformed. it is starting to effect my children

Generally, the warranty will cover replacement of the deflated implant itself and often, (depending on which company made the implant) they will cover a portion of the cost of replacement.  There is no danger or urgency to replace the implant.  Seek out a local plastic surgeon to help you investigate the costs for implant replacement and what your implant company will cover.
