today i got hit in the eye with a book ... i can see right in front of me and all around...but when i try to look down i see double!!  i think i am now cockeyed....will i have to get surgery? if so..how much will it cost?

You should see an ophthalmologist right away. You may also need a ct scan depending on how hard you were hit.  Get it checked out right away before you let a treatable problem get much worse.
