dizziness

hello all...how's everyone been. lately i'm getting dizzy,and sometimes it's like i'm loosing balance. even while sitting. any idea why?

how far long are u dizziness is part of pregnancy but u should contact ur doctor

Often when I'm getting up from lying down or something I get light headed - I think it has to do with blood flow or blood pressure or something. I just know to anticipate it and take a moment to stand still when I stand up before moving on. I'd make sure to mention it at your next appt!
